Let's Reprogram Lithuania's ArtTech Future Together: Breaking Boundaries in Art and Technology
The growing ties between the fields of technology and art are challenging the established rules of the cultural landscape. This tandem crosses, erases, and makes us reconsider conventional boundaries – physical, digital, auteur, social, and even financial.
This year, the second ArtTech Forum will focus on a wide range of topics to better understand the junction of technology and art – the walls it breaks down, the doors it opens and the boundaries it redraws.
What’s the difference between Instagrammable entertainment and a meaningful work of art? Should the images generated with Midjourney be considered art and who (or what) is supposed to sign their name under them? What fresh perspectives can technology bring to the table of monetised art? Is the potential for collaboration between technology and artists (un)limited?
